What did you do before joining Edward Jones?

I was a Personal Banker and also owned a grocery delivery service.

Why was the Edward Jones opportunity appealing to you?

The training and support were two of the many reasons the opportunity was appealing. Edward Jones provided the training to become licensed and registered and the education and support to instill a level of competence to serve families and help them reach their goals.

What are the benefits to becoming an Edward Jones financial advisor?

I wanted a career that I could grow into and be with a firm that has stood the test of time. The training was right on time, checkpoints throughout the entire first year and dozens of individuals that help me be successful. Every day when I get out of bed I think about my clients and how I can better serve them, that is the best thing about my career is to show them how reach their goals.

Describe one of your best or most memorable experiences with a client.

I'll always remember when one of my clients thanked me for guiding them through the most difficult time in her life. Providing a level of guidance and reassurance after the loss of her husband. Through her expressions, this guidance empowered her to face the future with confidence instead of apprehension.

How does Edward Jones approach diversity?

Understanding what is most important to the serious long-term diverse investor is a priority to the firm, which has been shown through the events hosted within respective communities that are growing in diverse population.
