Work effectively with a financial advisor as a team, be organized and detail-oriented, take responsibility for your actions, be an active listener and have the desire to serve clients to the best of your ability by giving timely and competent assistance. Clients are treated like good friends by my always giving detailed and personalized service with each client's best interest at heart. Sometimes though, it is just a casual conversation about family or vacations, but it can also be a caring, listening conversation when needed, letting my "smile" and concern be heard through my voice.
