Comprehensive and customized training and orientation
All newly-hired associates go through an extensive orientation program to familiarize them with what it means to be a part of Edward Jones. This is a three-day session designed to educate new associates on our firm's history, philosophy, values, information technology and benefits. Finally, an entire day is dedicated to reinforcing the Edward Jones strong commitment to clients through our "Delighting Customers" program. It's an integral part of building the lasting relationships that help us grow our firm year-after-year.

Many additional training programs are available to help our associates continue to grow and develop their skills. Specific programs can be selected based on individual needs, and associates are encouraged to continue their development. For example, to gain a better understanding of the products we sell, you could take our "Investment Overview" course, or to improve your management skills you might take "Feedback and Coaching." Once you get started, you can consult with your leader for advice on which classes you should take to develop your skills and career the way you desire. Keep in mind that continuing education isn't restricted to Edward Jones course offerings. Tuition reimbursement is available for those interested in working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree.
