To address this, we have established full-service headquarters in every country where we do business and a comprehensive regional support system for all Financial Advisers. Field Support & Mentoring Before you even begin your training, you are assigned a mentor who will be with you every step of the way. You will also meet with your regional leader - the person responsible for the health and growth of a geographic region of Financial Advisers.
